The ball and contacts are gold plated for high conductivity and corrosion resistance. The shape of the conductive ball is very suitable for detecting very small amplitude of motion and shock and will operate accurately and precisely. FUJI tilt switches are very small and can be mounted on a PCB. Applications range from toys to precision instruments. Custom design of tilt switches will be considered.
